Latest attempt at making this thing a sticky.

Sticky me please.

Creating Your Character

A) Make a name for yourself

- It might be corney, it might be obvious, but make a good name for yourself. If you use numbers in your name, atleast try to make them sensible. If you like alternating lower- and upper-cases, fine, just make a pattern with them.

Name: Masterclif

B) Choose a Class

Note: I will not get into bonus' till later. We are picking our classes for fun, not for the bonus you get.

- Cleric

__A Cleric casts white magic.

- Dealer

__A Dealer gains money faster than the others.

- Fighter

__A Fighter can equip most armor and weapons while still keeping speed.

- Hero

__A Hero has the ability to cast spells as well as fight.

- Jester

__A Jester can become a Sage, caster of White and Black magic, when at a high enough level.

- Mage

__A Mage casts black magic.

level.

- Thief

__A Thief trades heavy armor and weapons for speed and stealing ability.

- Warrior

__A Warrior can equip heavy armor and weapons at the cost of speed.

Class: Fighter

C) Description

- Your description is your character at a glance. Meaning when your character walks in the room, what do the others see??? You. The first impression of you as a person.

Description: Blazing red hair, an eye for adventure, and a crafty mind combined to utterly squish mages.

D) Background

- A Background can hold many different things. It holds your past, your motivation in life, and your goals.

Background: A late comer rising through the ranks, he fights for the fun of it. He views those 'Backrow Pansies' as fools who try to take unfair advantage of the poor, helpless armsmen who use their own bodies as meatshields to keep said Backrow Pansies alive and well.

E) Stats

- You get nine points you can put into your Hit Points(HP) and Magic Points(MP).

__HP is your physical life. If it goes to zero, you die, kick the bucket, cry out and collapse.

HP:9

__MP is your mental life. If it goes to zero, you cannot concentrate on your spells and therefore cannot cast them.

MP:0

- You get 30 points you can put into your Strength(STR), Defence(DEF), Intelligence(INT), Vitality(VIT), and Agility(AGI).

__STR is your physical strength. It is the main factor in determining the power behind your weapon.

STR:9

__DEF is your toughness. It is the main factor in stopping the physical damage.

DEF:5

__INT is your mental strength. It is the power behind your spells.

INT:1

__VIT is your willpower to resist spells. This represents your mind in the defence against spells.

VIT:7

__AGI is your speed. A higher AGI than your opponnent means you go first. If you have twice, or even three times the AGI of your opponent, you can go two, or three times, respectively.

AGL:7

F) Equipment

- Equipment consists of those physical things you keep about you in terms of Weapon, Armor, Helmet, Shield, Items, Gold, and Tokens.

__A Weapon is what you use to cause physical pain.

Wepon:Big Club(1.4)

__Armor is clothing that you wear which can consist of cloth, metal, or other materials.

Armor:Cloth Tunic(1.1)

__A Helmets what you put on your head.

__A Shield is what you use to block with.

Shield:None

__Items are things that help you during battle. You can carry ten of them. You start out with one free Herb.

Items: Herb X1 (Slot 0)

__Gold is used to buy things.

Gold: 15

__Tokens are used in the Casino.

Tokens:None

Battling

A) The Art of Challenging

1. Create a topic

- Make the name and topic description accurately portray your intentions

- Insults optional

- Your first post in the topic should contain your stats

B) Accepting a Challenge

- Your reply to the challenge should be blunt, so that there is no confusion

- Insults optional

- Your first reply should contain your stats

C) Battle Order

- The person with the highest Agi goes first

- If you have two or three times the Agi of your opponent, you can go two or three times in the turn, three times is the limit

D) Turn Choices

1. Attack

- A graphic description of your attack is recommended

- However, a description of how your attack effects your opponent is not allowed

- An attack deals physical damage unless otherwise stated by the weapon description

- If the second digit of the time of the post is a 7(7 or 8 with a Fighter), then you double the damage dealt after Def is applied because of a Critical Hit

- If the second digit of the time of the post is a 0, you miss

2. Magic or Skills

- A graphic description of what you do with your magic or skill is recommended

- Suptract the MP needed to cast the spell from your available MP. If MP is brought under 0, you cannot cast the spell.

3. Defend

- All damage dealt to you during current turn is halved after Def is applied

4. Run Away

- You can't

E) Summary

- Challenger's responsibility to post summary of current post

- Subtract damage recieved from current Hp and current Hp and Mp for both players

- If Hp for either player reaches 0 or lower, other player wins. Otherwise, repeat step D) Turn Choices

F) Battle End

- Victor recieves two times the level of the loser in exp and five times the gold of the level of the loser

- Loser gets half of what the victor recieved in exp and gold

- Class abilities that get applied after battle are used now

;) You might want to omit tokens from the later portion of your tutorial since we no longer have the casino thanks to Rune Caster's constant nagging at VaAllstar.
