Question from Facebook - Unlock DQ VIII 3DS DLC Items

hexedit.  No idea how.  Will require a CFWed 3DS though.  That's the extent of my knowledge.

No save editor yet though, and cheats...avoid for that game at all costs, though no known cheat codes for powersaves exist to unlock them.

I think I found something with regards to the DLC items, but you need to have a CFW installed on your Nintendo 3DS.
