Psi Rockin Beta 90
http://gematsu.com/2016/09/dragon-quest-monsters-joker-3-professional-announced-3ds I wonder if we get DQMJ3 at all in the west, will we actually get this one.
Fates 269
Or we'll get the regular version after this one comes out. Like what happened with DQMJ2 Well, let's see what happens I guess. We still have Builders and VIII to go.
jay 239
I have VERY mixed feelings about this. While it's nice to possibly get my favourite monsters back, I see nothing but cash grab here.
Hopeful Death 45
Yeah, I had a feeling this would happen given the pitiful monster selection from the first game. But still, just do this from the start god damn.
Awesomeinblue 86
I think i'll wait until a sale or a price cut. No way im paying full price again for a disappointing like DQMJ3 again.
kleev_55 17
The Joker series lives up to its name, it's a joke. 2 games will have gotten a "professional" edition?? Whyyyy. How is it so important that they must update the game and do a whole re-release? I've only played the first Joker game, and... it was surprisingly fun for a game that had nearly no story. If Joker 3 is at least a little better than Joker 1, I'll get whatever version they throw at me.
jay 239
Well, if you don't care about story, you'll probably love the whole Joker series
ethanej 70
So what little bit that I have played of Joker 3 pro one of the changes is a bit weird. You can skip all the way to post game which puts you at a bit of a disadvantage. You can now ride on size three monsters while riding size three monsters if you walk over size one and two monsters and get a little bit of xp for the size three monsters. The biggest monsters are size three you can make a size 4 monster by putting a size three and one monster together during battle the monsters stay separate monsters. Not sure if you can put two size two monsters together for a size 4 monster. Size one monsters can become size 3.
gooieooie 277
Wait, you can skip the whole game to the post-game? Do you have to unlock that, or...?

Plattym3 2,441
Damn. I knew I was stretching it going 2 words, but I was thinking more mineral or animal than vegetable. How embarrassing how far I was off.
ethanej 70
Wait, you can skip the whole game to the post-game? Do you have to unlock that, or...? I thought it was because I have Joker 3 but then I skipped the part of the game that I never completed.

Riffmaster 8
Using the official nightly bulid. Ah, are you getting rendering errors too? I'm getting some black triangles on the main character's character creation.
ethanej 70
Using the official nightly bulid. Ah, are you getting rendering errors too? I'm getting some black triangles on the main character's character creation. Yep its a bug in how citra is rendering. Riffmaster 8
Holy... AI5 LOL Btw, what did you do with your 2 King Leos? Looks like you fused em in battle? And how's the performance of Citra on your end?
ethanej 70
Holy... AI5 LOL Btw, what did you do with your 2 King Leos? Looks like you fused em in battle? And how's the performance of Citra on your end? I think overlaid may be more correct seeing as they stay two separate monsters. In some areas citra is a bit slow though not sure if that is due to the fact that my hardware is a bit old.
ethanej 70
Discovered some info. Only a few size four monsters. Rest that I have found is in this video
Riffmaster 8
Man that's insane AI7 lol.. BTW, how much stats are added to fused monsters? And do they gain new skills or something with it?
ethanej 70
Man that's insane AI7 lol.. Yep it is insane. Though I can think of a better use for some of this info. Like having one monster doing healing and the others handle attacks. BTW, how much stats are added to fused monsters? And do they gain new skills or something with it? I'll have to look at stats to see though they can also lose stats as well. I've noticed a few times that they used attacks that they normally wouldn't have used.
