Mettool 60
Maybe Sonic should try running. Although I think there's a lot of hoops to jump through to get his campaign started.

Cesar Hernandez-Meraz 490
Sorry, Yoshi. That alternate finish line will not cut itself. And Matt. Sonic is 15, isn't he? And wears that hairdo kids have these days... Not sure I'd vote for him...
Plattym3 2,489
But Sonic for President? That has a nice ring to it.

Hopeful Death 45
So everyone needs to keep in mind that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. Meaning localizations for say, Nintendo games will have to appeal to EVERYONE in their target audience, which will always include kids for example. NIS titles are typically marketed to adults and older teenagers for another example. Actually basically every major NIS title not actually developed by another company is rated Cero A or All-Ages. Of the games they publish from other people, I think Criminal Girls is one of the first and only times they really released a game designed to appeal specifically to older audiences. Unless you meant NISA instead of NIS since they have a tendency of working with Compile Heart which... changes things. Mettool 60
NIS itself rarely makes games anymore.

YangustheLegendaryBandit 3,617
So does that means you're boycotting Dragon Quest from now on? It's pun-apalooza these days after all, with no signs of stopping either. Edited March 16, 2016 by YangustheLegendaryBandit
Neofrodo 91
Its less boycotting the series and just moving on other RPGs with better writing and more balanced humor. I love DQ but when I see jokes this unfunny and personally kinda grating it gets to where I stop having fun with the games.

Otherwise I don't mind them.
Tiael 231
I liked them in DQIX too, though I can say they were a bit overboard. You just didn't like DQIX in general, the puns didn't help But for me, they add flavor, charm, to the localizations. I'd rather see puns, accents, etc. than going back to the Dragon Warrior days, honestly.

eal 2,673
The puns being unfunny is subjective. I happen to like them so I don't mind, but I can see why they'd annoy someone who doesn't like them. It was pretty much the same stance I took when it came to the re-writes for Fates. I found them funny, others did not.
YangustheLegendaryBandit 3,617
Ah, bless ya, Platty. Glad my twin is thinking/looking out for me. And you guys thought I didn't like IX? No, no, no...I LOATHE it.
