Give someYoutube channels!

Recommended Posts

Listen guys!

I've only recently subscribed to a fantastic channel called "vsauce" which got me thinking that there are potentially a lot of great channels out there, that I simply do not know about.

I'm asking you guys if you can recommend anything interesting.

Also, if you have your own channel, or do lets plays. Put it here.

Well, you've seen Vsauce, which I was going to reccomend when I saw the topic title.

How about these? (Some of these are mainly minecraft LP channels)

-Vsauce2

-Vsauce3

-ASAPscience

-MinuteEarth

-Sethbling

-Generikb

-EthosLab

-BdoubleO100

I don't have anything public on my channel, yet, but soon I'm going to start LP'ing games. Mainly minecraft and DQ, maybe some Mario/Spyro/Crash Bandicoot games. And MAYBE some Final Fantasy. (Youtube Channel: ErdrickTheHero)

Thanks for the sub! (Lol, I'm getting subs before I even have videos...)

Did you check out the NES remake of the ruins theme from DQVII (The song is called Place of Stopped Time, the video is my only public video right now)?

I'm pretty much strictly DQ videos. I know they are far from the best And I don't always have time for videos but it's been fun to do in my spare time. I focus on the DS games because those are the ones that are easier for new players to get into.

Also, Dwaine, nice page haha

Already got you Roto   I think it was on Saigan's suggested channels, i checked it out and saw you do DQ too, so instant add.

Thanks everyone! I appreciate the input.

Now I won't feel like I'm missing out on too much, anymore.

;) http://www.youtube.com/user/NintendoCapriSun One of my favorite LPers out there and the reason I watch TheRunawayGuys. His current LP is the original NES Dragon Warrior x3

http://www.youtube.com/user/SomeOrdinaryGamers When I'm in the mood to listen to someone read Creepypastas with some gameplay footage, I check out Mutahar's channel.

I used to make videos way back when but I quit due to trolling and taking it WAY to bloody seriously. If I ever decide to make videos again however I'm simply going to post them on GameAnyone.com MUCH less trolling goes on there than on Youtube.

NakaTeleeli does alot of Indie LPs, First Impressions, and is just enjoyable to watch. I recommend his .hack LPs.

The scottish dragon himself does Mega Man Perfect Runs, Challenge Runs, and normal LPs. He is currently doing a Low Level Run in Pokemon Emerald.

;) @Erdrick: Yeah, I find myself enjoying his readings of various Creepypastas and his review of them near the end of the videos. His Rants are pretty good too

I just watched his video on net neutrality (never heard of it until then) the other day, and let me tell you, it freaked me out more than any creepypasta ever could. He has a point about google/Microsoft/apple bailing us out (albeit for their own gain) but the fact that even ISPs could have that much control over your life is kinda scary.

;)http://www.youtube.com/user/retsupurae: This channel needs no introduction, I enjoy the ribbing Slowbeef and Diabeetus give George Wood's Video Game "Reviews"

;) Got another one I just found yesterday. http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrKzAsK2vhqXhW4NZeA3x-g Descendants of Erdrick. These guys do covers of classic games much like The Protomen do and even though they have yet to do some Dragon Quest covers they do have Erdrick in their band name :D

EDIT: I stand Corrected they HAVE made a video featuring themselves covering music from Dragon Warrior.

Heads up - my first LP video goes live next month, though this very first one is technically not mine - I guest-played(?) in an episode of Yahweasel's Minecraft Through Time series. (Showing off the first version with multiplayer.) Check it out on his channel on March 13th. (And watch the rest of Minecraft Through Time and his other LP's - mainly DOS games and romhacks. He's also got SaGa Frontier and Evoland!)

Of course, If I can get my screen recorder working, I will actually have an LP of my own up on the same day. I was originally going to start with DQV PS2, but I'm going to try a shorter, simpler game for practice first. Here's a hint: It's about a Dragon who's on a Quest...
