DJ BlackJack 11
at 150 bucks on amazon!!!!! are they F***ing nuts? why is DQ7 so expensive? i just wanna play it and beat it. thats it but honestly no game is worth that in my book............
PantheonSasuke 73
While I wouldn't call VII bad... 150 smackaroos IS stretching its value a bit far It might just be because the game's kinda old, I guess. Maybe not SUPER old, but old enough to give it that kinda price. Combined with rarity, too, I suppose, and being a fairly long, 2 disc title. I'm really no specialist on the matter of pricing this sorta stuff, though... They might just be trying to take advantage of collectors, heh.
xavier.just 7
May include a PS, controller and memory card. Plus a regular size flat screen. I would just look for another provider. I've seen such stupid pricings in amazon many times but there's no reason to panic. Look somowhere else.
The Mystical One 245
That's if you are buying new from someone who is trying to make a ridiculous profit. I just snagged a copy off ebay for $25 used recently.
Kenryoku_Maxis 9
I got my copy for $50 on Ebay a few years ago. If anything, you're probably looking at a 'sealed' copy of the game. $150 for a sealed copy isn't too nuts. Now, $120 for a USED copy of Suikoden II, now that's nuts. And that's the avg it goes for. Plus I've sold a used black label copy of FFVII on ebay for $70.

Orgodemir Derpsworth 0
Got mine a few months ago on ebay for 25 bucks. I wouldn't say it's worth 150 bucks, lol

Rune Caster 8
damn. i got a ps2 and want to play it but i aint shellin over 50 bucks for it......... Doesn't matter anyway. You can't save a ps game on a ps2 system. Yes you can. You just need a playstation 1 memory card, they are backwards compatible. even the playstation 2 slimline is compatible with most playstion 1 games...

You can't save a ps game on a ps2 system. Yes you can. You just need a playstation 1 memory card, they are backwards compatible. even the playstation 2 slimline is compatible with most playstion 1 games... Oh, really? That's good news for me. I was told I couldn't save any of my old ps games on my ps2.
GrandAlchemist 215
Not only that, but if you need more room on your PS1 memory card(s) and you have room on your PS2 memory card(s) you can actually transfer PS1 save files to and from PS2 memory cards (but you still can't use them as the memory card to play the PS1 games. Just storage).
Destructor526 42
You can also play it on a PS3. It also allows you to make a digital memory card on the PS3. If you want to transfer a save from an actual memory card, you need the adaptor which also works with PS2 memory cards. I played it a little bit on there and it ran fine. I wonder how the FMVs work because for Final Fantasy Origins, it freezes when it reaches a specific FMV in the game. Other games don't have this problem. That's probably the reason why it wasn't released on the PSN store.
eal 2,678
Cool. So if I can't manage to find an old ps memory card I can just buy one on ebay for dirt cheap.
Dan Bicker 0
I got my copy off eBay a few years ago for $40 used. The case was a bit roughed up but beyond that it was in good condition. Had I known how much I'd dislike the game though I probably would've gone for something cheaper.
DJ BlackJack 11
i got a couple ps1 memory cards. i knew they were backwards compatible but damn..........most id go again on the game is 50 bucks....
Destructor526 42
Maybe it will be on the PSN store at some point. It would be a digital copy, but the most a PS1 game goes for on there is $10. Most are $6, but some games most notably Final Fantasy games and Castlevania Symphony of the Night are $10. I think you could even play them on a PSP but I have never tried it. That could also drive down the price of physical copies like I heard it did with Castlevania.
Snigelworld 2
I wish it would be available in Europe. Someone´s giving away an old PSX in my village, and it´s sooooo tempting. Ah well, we´ll get DQMJ2 soon enough. That´ll have to do.
kandouerik 14
I think I got my used copy of DW7 for around $30.
LordRoto 33
My used copy freezes... I picked it up a little bit ago on eBay. And I don't think it's s'posed to do that lol
