I hope you all don't mind a little shameless self promotion, but I finally got around to begin editing my first play through of DQ11 when I was able to snag an early copy back on Sept 2nd 2018. Don't worry, since this is a long ass game, I won't reply to the chain every time a new video is posted. I have uploaded the 3DS monsters to a new page/section for the 3DS version of Dragon Quest XI. https://www.woodus.com/den/games/dq113ds/monsters.php I did my best to visually match up the monsters with the PS4 versions and name them properly, but it looks like there are some that exist in the 3DS version that didn't exist in the PS4 version (and some I may have missed getting bug-eyed comparing images). If anyone finds any errors, or matches any of the Unknown ones up with a recent translated name let me know.

Heya! I've been lookin at this site for years now and for some reason it just occurred to me to make an account as I am editing my first installation of my Dragon Quest XI let's play! My favorite dragon quest game is VI because 1) I love carver and would marry him in a heartbeat he is the best boy and 2) because that game is just so GOOD Anyways I'm not entirely sure what to saaaaaaaayyy but hmu if you want to talk! I'm very open and friendly:)

With DQ11 having come out today, I figured we needed a thread for us to share our gameplay. I pre-ordered the 3DS download version so that I could play the game as soon as the clock hit midnight in Japan. I happened to have the day off so I have been playing since it came out (except now the 3DS needs to charge). I decided to not use a DQ1 or DQ2 spell code for my first playthroughh since it seems kind of like cheating. At 3 house I have finally made it to the opening animation. For now I have chosen the 3D version, the mix of the two was really nice for getting a good view of the map.
