So I've been trying to figure this out for a few hours ingame, I usually like the challenge on solving what I cannot accomplish but I'm totally clueless on this one, so perhaps you can give me a hand. I'm at the bonus dungeon of DQIV, the one you can enter after beating Psaro via jumping into a hole at "The Azimuth" I think it's called "the rabbit hole?". I'm trying to figure out were is the key or how do I open the gates/cell doors inside the dungeon. Should I speak to someone? Is it on a chest that I've missed? Any requirements at all? Thanks in advance!
I found this old clay figurines still of DQIV on an old hard drive, from back in the early 2000s. Does anyone know its origin? The file was labeled DWIV-clay, but this was pre-rebranding, and it's entirely possible I wrote that filename. This may have been part of the promotional material for Dragon Quest IV-PSX, or maybe it was from the original FC/NES release. It's entirely possible that it was fan-created. The file is dated: 8/19/2001. DQ Shrine was where I thought the image may have originated (back when I originally saved it), but I checked on the site awhile ago and couldn't find it. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
I mean yeah I respect that some people who play a Dragon Quest game with a tactics option prefer the lack of being able to control party members. It does make for a good challenge. But then some reviews towards these games (mostly the remake for DQ IV) receives criticism for giving players to option to control the rest of their party. I mean yeah, if said option was forced as opposed to being of the many choices, I could get behind the criticism.
I mean, I know that you won't be able to recruit Hardie unless you drop Fido off, but can the Chapter be finished with him in your group or does something happen that forces you to return him to Lakanaba?
