Goo aftergoo! *slurp* I'm here to let goo know about a challenge run I will be attempting in the following days. Ever wonder what slimy slick shenanigans a goo-man can get to using only a team of three slimes? These ain't no regoolar slimes either. (Or rather, they are.) If you are a Pokemon fan, you have probably heard of the Nuzlocke Challenge. If not, here are the rules: 1. If a Pokemon faints, release it. 2. Catch the first Pokemon in each area, and nothing else. So I was thinking: What would happen if I applied the same rules to Dragon Quest IX? I came up with this: 1. If a party member (besides the hero) dies, remove them from your team. 2. I decided to do a challenge to myself when plying DQ IX this time to not use any armor, shields, helmets, leggings, gloves, and accessories whatsoever for the whole game. To make an added difficulty, I also decided not to use weapons to add to that difficulty for normal battles, but for Boss Battles, I'll allow weapons to be used. Has anyone thought of doing this?
