Greetings folks !
I've been a player for some years and my best friend is trying to come with me but he can't start the game.
He is on windows 10 and connected to the vpn (the same I'm using) with japanese local.
When logging in or launching the game without logging in. The slime appears and "now loading" doesn't even come.

Tried : using the full installer v1-4 via cd > issue
Uninstal all then downloading free trial only from hiroba > still isue
