I’m glad I finally unlocked the equipment forge. You get it at Star Level 8. Now I can make all the special armor from events and all the unique accessories. Finally get to make silly stuff like the clown nose. If I ever manage to get the Gadabout class scroll I’m slapping the clown nose on the lucky winner of the scroll.

If that scroll doesn't operate like every other scroll and unlocks the class for everyone, I will quit this game immediately.

You get to advanced vocations when you get 2 regular vocations to 50.

I knew that way back at the start of the game. I'm already grinding out advanced vocations. What I'm asking is if you got yours to at least level 50? Leveling anything else before then is not worth your effort.

    That's what I'm doing.

I just really hate the One-Two-Hey! game. 10 coins to play, but I've had games where the back and forth goes on for up to 6 or so turns, only for me to then lose 10 coins. It's such a time waster, and not in a good way. I got lucky once and doubled my bet three times, I cashed out because it really doesn't feel like it's worth it after the first double. This is real, true gambling.

I have all the event gear at this point, but I haven't been trying to max out the evolving on the gear. my main dude has the Battle God gear maxed including the sword so I trounce anything currently as a battlemaster. I'm trying to work on secondary advanced vocations for my party but it's moving slower due to me getting low on keys and chocolates. I've been relying on the Alltrades fights for the x5 XP. It's slow, and it eats your stamina if you do it more than once past the free daily play, but it really gets the job done.

You already get your main advanced vocations to level 50 or 99? If you haven't at least gotten to 50 in it, it isn't worth grinding out another.

  4. Anybody visited Squirril Station yet? I don't really like it. One of the games is just Rock, Paper, Scissors with a double or nothing extra, and the other game is a bit less luck based, but threatens to eat your cash if things don't work out right, and it takes so long to get anywhere.

And the prices at the Pressie Counter are ridiculously high. I don't even want to think how long it'll take to amass that amount of coins. The game doesn't even want you to buy your fortune, since you can't trade gold for coins if you have 3000 coins.

I don't feel bad when they come in, everyone else is set up for a food combo, and they choose bread. Then when everyone is spamming "Go for a combo meal" the person doesn't change and readies themselves. So I do the same. I'll boot them if I'm the host because it's my stamina I'm using.

I sorta wish more people would go for the four metal slime dumplings/cones. Sometimes I want an extra 300% experience.

Defending is your friend.  The boss will "counter attack" and use a powerful skill when the bar changes color, so that's the time to whip out your shield and brace yourself.  I managed the Sage, Armamentalist, and Paladin ones at 50-ish with that.

Ignore my post. Figured out my rhythm now.

I beat them at 50 for the Paladin, Battlemaster and Superstar scrolls. You should probably take a look at your gear again to set yourself up properly.

I don't have a whole lot of good stuff to choose from. Not that I've met much challenge beforehand. The Falcon Blade carries hard, especially after a Falcon Wardance.

Does anyone know how long the Battle God stuff is going to be available in the squirrel town? I only now just learned how you earn the daily tickets from the daily quests (roll your eyes at me if you want, but I had no idea where to go to even find the daily quests) and I’m hoping I can get the three armor pieces since they resemble Erdwin’s getup from DQ11.

    *rolls eyes*

Since you offered and all. Anyway, I don't see a timer on them, so who knows. I still need to grab the bottoms to complete the collection. I love the headgear.

Ah, do you remember if it was the daily free metal chest or the paid DQ I & II?

Unfortunately, the RNG on the chests is just as bad as it was on the Super Light tombola. Last night I did a 3000 gem 10-pull on the Metal Chest lottery and didn't get a single piece of metal equipment.

I wanna say it was the DQ 1 & 2 chest, but don't quote me on that. Feel free to use Sirin how you want, though with my Sailor vocation almost at level 50, I'll probably be switching soon.

How did you get one? I've been asking on the FB page for QotS, but people give me vague responses about getting it from a tutorial with no details for how to access it. Poking around in the interface I found nothing like that, and no one was able to clarify the exact stage, or if they meant the very first story quest available. Any details are much appreciated. That's the only weapon I want. I currently am wielding a hero spear that I got on day 1, only to find it's not as good as the one from DQIX.

I recall pulling it from one of the Lucky Chest draws.

  11. Decided to start up Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. The game is very good, while having a few blemishes here and there. The feel of being a real Jedi is definitely present in this one, though I sometimes miss the OP-ness of Starkiller from The Force Unleashed, though Cal is steadily growing stronger.
