  2. Guess it's my turn, huh? 1- "Here! How about this odd piece of seemingly useless stone tablet! Yes perfect!" -Said by Gracos V after he's spared by the heroes who were promised a valuable reward 2- "Animals can always tell when something's going to happen, you know. (sniff sniff) Yup! Something's definitely going to happen!" -Spoken by Ruff in party chat after talking to a farmer in Providence(Past) 3- "No creature is more powerful than the lion. And yet the puny tortoise lives longer than any other beast." -Spoken by an elder in Al-balad(Past) when shown the seal 4- "I do not care of excuses - we should never have doubted him. It was not fault of monsters. It was us who were faulty." -Said by an old man NPC in Vogograd(Past) when the priest who turned himself into a monster to save his village left after being nearly burned alive 5- "It takes real courage to admit one is wrong. Clearly the elder has none." -Spoken by Sir Mervyn in Vogograd(Present) when the elder breaks the tablet that proved that the story he knew was false 6- "Wow, that was amazing! I didn't really understand what he was on about, but still... what a beard!" -Said by Ruff after the false Almighty gave his speech in the Cathedral of Light 7- "Water brings life... 3. Finally saved the world in DQVII! Whew, that was just amazing! Guess it's on to the post-game content now!

Awesome, have fun taking on the bonus bosses.

  4. "Did you get the picture yet? This is really uncomfortab-ack!" *Thud*
  5. "What're you looking at? Never seen a gigantic dragon made entirely out of blocks before?"
  6. Yeah, I just wish they would've even acknowledged it at all, though right now Nintendo seems to be pretending it doesn't exist. Oh yeah, I think I saw something like that at some point too actually... though I was unaware that it was Arby's. Kind of bizarre. I guess that's true, that would've been kind of fun! Really anything would've been nice.
  7. Yeah, I do know that. And honestly, I think the main reason Nintendo didn't release a Samus 8-Bit Amiibo is because it wouldn't have much functionality with any Metroid games. The only Metroid game that's been released in the Amiibo's lifetime is Federation Force and it doesn't really have much you can do with Amiibo...
  8. Yeah, but that's still the only thing they did for Metroid's anniversary... comparing that to every Mario and Zelda anniversary is just... really unimpressive. Don't get me wrong, I love the game, but that doesn't change the fact that for the most part Nintendo completely ignores the Metroid series. And that goes for Amiibo functionality too... the Metroid series has two Amiibo for Smash Bros and that's it.
  9. I was thinking it was because Nintendo seems to have forgotten she still exists.
  10. (Oh my gosh! Kudos to you! That definitely got a laugh from me!) "Ooh! I finally get my own game! And I even get to defeat Bowser all by myself! ...Or... apparently I can only defeat Bowser when he's already dead. Bummer."
  11. Ooh, nice one, Woodus! Thank you for ripping basically the only reason I actually watched the Nintendo Direct! Seriously though, thanks!
  12. "I wonder how my cowardliness can screw over me and big bro this time!"
  13. Same here. Speaking about excitement, I'm also excited to play Dragon Quest VIII again on the Nintendo 3DS as well. Of course, I'm excited to get my hands on Dragon Quest VII in around 21 days from now (hopefully one of the best 100+ hours of my life). Oh gosh, the more I think about these coming months the more excited I get! I adored DQVIII for the PS2, and from what I've heard, the 3DS version is somehow even better! I'm definitely getting all these upcoming Dragon Quest games day one! I won't settle for any less! I'm just glad that the waiting part is nearly over!
  14. Aww, it's always nice to see a new face! Welcome to the Den! And... well, pretty much what ol' Kingy said! With the whole sarcasm and addictive nature of this place... but we're all a pretty friendly bunch! Basically, this place is a Dragon Quester's little slice of Realm of the Almighty! I hope to see you around the Den! There's all kinds of mischief to get up to here!
  15. I actually ended up not being able to try out the demo but dagnabbit I wish I could have! I heard so many good things about it... I'm just glad I can pick it up in, like, 19 days! I swear, if dying of happiness and excitement alone was actually possible I'd need to write out my will pretty bloomin' fast!
  16. Oh gosh! Now you've given me ideas! I love drawing stuff like that! What I would give to be able to share my drawings with all of you!
  17. I actually do prefer the 3D animated models myself... though the 2D fully animated sprites are definitely a close 2nd! Both are really delightful to look at for me!♪
  18. Oh goodness, I have been waiting for this! Sheer magnificence!
  19. Congratulations, everyone! You all were amazing!♪ And that's alright, Yangus! It was soooo close! If it helps, I totally would've voted for you! ...But which you? Farmer or Yangus? Now that information I shall not disclose...
  20. Yeah, I do like to get some to-go every once in a while... it's always just there! So convenient! I actually meant to start The League at one point of time but never got around to it...
  21. More random encounter games need a radar for how close a random encounter is about to happen. Atlus has been on the money by having that in most games, but I wish others would do the same. Or at the least have an option like in Bravely Default/Second where you can adjust the random encounter rate. Yeah, all the ambushes without any warning can grow quite old... and that's coming from me, I love grinding...
