There anybody thats done a Fisticuffs run in DQ8,yet?

I think I tried going for something like it once, but ultimately never saw it through. The set never seemed that good to me, except maybe on the Hero and Yangus, but I'd rather be focusing on their spear and axe skills instead.
Although I should add that Thin Air is amazing to have early on.
