I got the Lips on my first try at 38%. Try damaging them a bit before scouting, that helps.

Yeah sorry DJ. The scouting system in this game is different than Joker 1. In Joker 1 getting 50% was pretty much a sure thing...but it looks like they downed the % factor and upped the luck factor.

I didn't listen to it all, but it's really good.
