The Nintendo eshop Black Friday sales are live! Bought a game for a whopping $2 that’s been on my wishlist for quite a while now: Heavy Burger. It’s a mash up of Data East arcade games where you play as the character from Burger Time wielding a burger firing gun in a race to get the money to the bank in Bad Dudes. Every time you reach a goal, you jump to a new arcade machine. It’s as strange as it sounds but it’s actually really fun! Here’s some gameplay of the game in action with up to 4 players.

All eight gym badges have been obtained in Pokemon Sword! I was definitely expecting an ice type gym in Circhester, but was surprised to find that, for once, the gym in the snowy town was not Ice type. Go figure. It worked out better for my team's typing anyway, so I was okay with it. The last two gyms were.... underwhelming. The gym challenges up to that point had some unique puzzles that were kind of fun to navigate through, but the last two seemed to throw all of that out the window. I did have fun taking down the eighth gym leader's Dynamax Building Pokemon even though it

It’s an ice type gym in Shield haha. I believe Gordy from Sword is the son of Melony from Shield. No rush! PM me when you’re ready to trade. I’m only about two dozen shy of a complete Pokédex for the base game so I’ve got a decent amount of Pokémon I can trade.

Since Halloween I’ve read the first four Harry Potter books and I’m rolling now on Order of the Phoenix. This is definitely a roadblock. It is just so damn long. Close to 900 pages.

Got Rare Replay for $10 during Best Buy’s Black Friday sale. That’s 30 games at about, what, $0.33 a game? None of which I’ve ever played. That should keep me busy in 2021 lol.

Listening now while I walk my son around the park. I’ve got the PS4 remaster and NNK 2 sitting on my shelf, this episode is getting me excited.
