Try hosting it on a site like Photobucket or Iaza. Then grab the link, surround it with IMG tags ([IMG.] [/IMG] take out the period in the first one) and you have your picture.

Just wish instead of the 3DS you had a scanner so the image came up better.

I agree, I wish I had a scanner, but my 3DS is the only thing that gets me online, my laptop doesn't connect[too old] and my Wii connects but can't upload. Sorry

You could try drawing in "gimp" , a powerful free painting software, or photoshop if you have it.
