This web page is all about the Dragon Quest Card Game. The game was a Collectible Card Game (CCG) which was released in Japan by Enix in 2000, and later discontinued in 2002. This site is dedicated to preserving as much as possible from this amazing 13 year old game which never saw an English release.
Well first off it requires an iron will to try and 100% the game to even do this! Ugh...
Anyway, what I did was this: I retired my backline members once they reached level 99 (Rover, Warlock, and Shaman), let them level up a good ways until my frontline reached level 99 again (Pugilist and Fencer, had to retrain them because I had them rest back to level 97) then retired them.
With each of their strongest weapons and armor, everyone can survive most encounters even at level 30 (which is what you start at after retiring). I do most of my grinding in the 6th Stratum again a FOE that keeps creating copies of itself to chase you down, which you can keep killing until you kill the original.
I have backtracked to the 5th Stratum and re-fighting FOEs and the other post game bosses because my party can't handle the 6th Stratum FOE so well at their current levels. Once they all reach level 60 or above, I'll try again up there.
Like I said above, I've found some good ways to improve my team's damage and keep them healthy. As in, 5 ways to keep healing them despite not having a Botanist, with 4 of the 5 skills coming from my Shaman! If I have everything figured out right in my head, I should have a much better chance.
2. In regards to this, unread messages seems to do the same thing. I can click on the topic name, but I go to post #1. If I click the person's name who posted last, I go to the last post. I can't figure out how to go to the newest unread post in a topic like I used to.
