This web page is all about the Dragon Quest Card Game. The game was a Collectible Card Game (CCG) which was released in Japan by Enix in 2000, and later discontinued in 2002. This site is dedicated to preserving as much as possible from this amazing 13 year old game which never saw an English release.
Some random trivia I just found out: the western Switch release of Builders won't have a demo for it, whereas the Japanese release will be getting a demo on February 1st. Seems like they get a demo since they have to wait until March for their release of the game.
Kind of strange they don't throw a demo up for the western release for those who aren't sure, but I figured it was worth sharing that little tidbit.
Today is the 30th anniversary of Final Fantasy. The famicom version of the original launched on December 18th 1987, and I wish the franchise another successful decade or two.
I'm listening to the OST for FF1 and 2 from famicom as i type this. I have owned the CD "All sounds of Final Fantasy 1 + 2" for years Given how many RPGs of other series I'm wrapped up in, I haven't the time to play a game for the anniversary, except maybe a round or two of Curtain Call. Still, the osts are a nice celebration.
It was nice to see Poe having more to do in this movie. As much as some of the far left press is going "rhee rhee mansplaining," Holdo could have saved time, ships, and lives by just taking a couple of seconds to calm Poe down. (Which is also unfortunate, because the issues these writers have are tarnishing a pretty good character.)
The more I think about Rey the more it's really irking me. So in movie time it's been, what? A couple of days? A week at most since Force Awakens. Empire Strikes Back was a couple of years after A New Hope. Luke had time to train and go through stuff. I really hope Rey goes through some tough stuff in the next movie.
