He is in the little house to the west of Fishbel and south of Grand Estard.

What are the monster hearts good for? (Added: March 10, 2002)

When you put them in a character's inventory and then goto Dharma Temple your character can "become" that monster and learn skills of that monster.

Where do you fight God? (Added: April 10, 2002)

If you wish to battle God you need to complete the pedestal for the first Bonus Dungeon.
